ERBA’s mission during the COVID-19 pandemic is to support our members’ continued business operations in a safe manner and act as a resource to Congress and policymakers working to support infrastructure investments. To that end, we are pleased to provide this COVID-19 resource center that contains links to letters, legal alerts, and government recovery program applications. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to ERBA Executive Director, Sara Johnson at SJohnson@ecologicalrestoration.org.
ERBA is submitting letters in multiple states that petition for classification of ecological restoration construction and related activities as an essential business. You can view an example letter submitted in Colorado below.
If your state is under, or anticipates soon being under, a “shelter in place” order that could impact business operations, please reach out to ERBA. We are happy to work with you and other members operating in the state to submit a petition to the state’s Governor Office.
ERBA members may want employees to have certification on hand at project sites that documents their work as an essential business qualifying for exemption from restrictions. We provide the template below as a sample certification form.
Below is a copy of ERBA’s Letter to Congressional Leadership regarding Phase IV of the Stimulus Package and opportunities to invest in advance mitigation, resiliency, and pre-disaster mitigation and restoration solutions.
